I know Microsoft has the PC Health Check app, but I’m not fully sure how to read the results, especially the “Why Not” section when something fails.

This guide will help you check if your PC meets Windows 11 using PC Using PC Health Check app and how to read the results mostly the "WHY NOT"

    OR Manually Check

    1. Check your CPU: Press Win + R, type msinfo32, and press Enter. Look for “Processor.” Make sure it’s 64-bit, has 2+ cores, 1 GHz or faster.
    2. Check RAM: In the same msinfo32 window, check “Installed Physical Memory (RAM).” It should be 4 GB or more.
    3. Check Storage: Open This PC in File Explorer. Make sure your main drive has at least 64 GB free.
    4. Check TPM: Press Win + R, type tpm.msc, and press Enter. TPM status should say “The TPM is ready for use” and Version 2.0.
    5. Check Graphics & Display: Press Win + R, type dxdiag, press Enter. Look for “DirectX Version” (12 or higher) and your display resolution (720p+).
    6. Check Secure Boot: Restart your PC and enter BIOS/UEFI (by pressing Del, F2, or F10 at startup). Make sure Secure Boot is enabled.

    That will surely help.
