How to Open BIOS in Windows 11 and Access UEFI Settings?

I come from MacOS background and recently trying Windows 11. I want to know how to open BIOS (or UEFI) settings?

There is a keyword combination that you're supposed to tap - like F2, F12 or Delete - just at the right moment when the computer is booting. Maybe I need to keep the right key combination pressed right until the time Windows logo appears.

The problem is - my PC boots really fast and I don't know how long to keep the keys pressed.

Perhaps - is there a solution that will let me directly open the BIOS upon restart? Please let me know. Thank you in advance.
